The messages being communicated by this community were borne largely from many years of dissatisfaction with existing cleaning service vendors who despite impressive initial promises seemed unable to follow through with results. The issues raised were many and varied but can be summarised as follows:

The above factors have contributed significantly to the generally poor reputation that the commercial cleaning industry has acquired. This has led to a very high contract turnover which itself is costly and disruptive to the very customers whom the contractor has set out to satisfy.
